
Bryan Graven
As CEO, Mr. Graven provides the strategic leadership to HiLite Health™. With over 20 years of healthcare experience at all levels, he provides the strategic direction for clients and partners in the healthcare space. As an accomplished CEO, Mr. Graven has started companies from ground zero to achieve success building companies with sizable shareholder returns and client satisfaction. Over the years he has demonstrated the ability to provide solutions through innovation, proven business delivery process and cost effective value. His vision is to leverage the best solutions and resources to empower the medical community. Mr. Graven will lead the charge in overseeing the national expansion and growth for the HiLite Health portfolio with solutions that transform the medical community.

Brian W. Hall
Brian Hall is the President and CEO of Physicians Resources LTD (PRL), located in Merrimack, NH.
Brian has also served on the PRL board of directors since 2007. PRL provides Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) services to physician practices and ambulatory surgical centers throughout the Northeast. Under Brian’s overall operational, financial and strategic leadership, PRL has become one of the leading RCM vendors in the nation, while staying true to its core principles of providing exceptional service and value. Brian is considered an innovator in the RCM environment and continues to ensure PRL is an early adopter of cutting-edge technology and industry-leading work-flow improvements. Brian brings over 25 years of RCM experience to his role and continues to drive the operational excellence that PRL clients expect.
Prior to serving as CEO, Brian was the Senior Vice-President of PRL’s Client Services department and also served as the COO. In addition, he continues to serve on several non-profit boards.

Matthew Lucarelli
Matt is a graduate of Hopkins School in New Haven. He graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from Colgate University in 2001. While attending Colgate, he earned the prestigious Dean’s Award for Academic Excellence. Thereafter, Matt graduated from the Syracuse University College of Law in 2004 with a specialization in family law and social policy.
Matt is a long-standing member of the Connecticut Bar Association and the Connecticut Trial Lawyers Association. During his first year as a member of the Waterbury Bar Association in 2005, he was elected to the Board of Directors, and he has served as Treasurer, Vice-President, and President. He has been nationally recognized by Super Lawyers every year since 2010.
Matt lives in Cheshire with his wife and their two children.

Sean Kelly
Sean Kelly founded Infinite Technology in 2001. Now with nearly 20 years in business and a proven track record of success, Sean is a leading Cloud Services consultant and industry thought leader.
When not working with clients or the ITC team, Sean enjoys sailing, triathlons, hiking, and travel. He also has served on the Wheeler YMCA board of directors. Sean is passionate about the community programs the YMCA offers, including the Livestrong Foundation (which partners with the YMCA and helps cancer survivors regain strength after battling cancer) and the Paralympic partnership with Gaylord hospital. Sean has also helped train Paralympic athletes to compete in triathlons.

Nicholas Lombardi
ONE SOURCE founder, Nicholas Lombardi, began his real estate career while attending Marist College. After obtaining his license he focused on commercial property transactions. After graduation, under the mentorship of OAKLEAF Waste Management Founder and CEO, Jim Barnes, Nicholas joined OAKLEAF’s sister company, FM Facility Maintenance, a national facility management organization. At the time, FM was servicing over 50,000 retail, restaurant, and convenience store locations across North America. Nicholas was a key player in the growth strategy of the company. In 2012, Nicholas recognized the need for a comprehensive solution for managers or owners who were responsible for acquiring, maintaining, and disposing of the properties under their oversight across the Northeast United States. Today ONE SOURCE Companies is comprised of three divisions: Facility Maintenance, Construction Management, and Real Estate Brokerage.
Nicholas founded ONE SOURCE to provide a comprehensive platform of corporate real estate management services to clients across the Northeast. He and his experienced management team, whom he recruited from within the Facility Management field, have aligned ONE SOURCE with state-of-the-art technology and premier service providers and tradesmen across the region. ONE SOURCE continues to enjoy explosive growth, which can be attributed to Nicholas’ focus on honesty, transparency, and vision for the future. With a combined 50+ years in the facility management field, Nicholas and his team are building a new reality for what’s possible in the FM industry based on what they have experienced as unacceptable.

Edward J. Rapacky, III
Ed has over 20 years in employee benefits, insurance and support fields. Ed joined Benefit Resource Group in the summer of 1998 having been previously employed in the accounting field. Ed completed an internship with William J. Shea & Associates, an accounting firm. Ed acquired BRG in 2008 from his mentor who established the business in 1991. His combination of underwriting, marketing and self-funding experience enables him to assist Connecticut employers in making successful transitions from traditional indemnity plans to both insured and partially self-funded managed care plans, and back, depending on market conditions. Ed’s ultimate goal was to bring together professionals of varied benefits, insurance, and service-based disciplines including human resources, customer service, underwriting, plan design, financial analysis and insurance.
Ed truly has a love of learning and staying on top of the newest ideas and thinking outside the norm for all of his clients. He makes it his mission to help and serve others and when others say no or “this is the way to g,” Ed has a knack of debunking anyone else’s “easy way out.”
Benefit Resource Group has evolved as a recognized leader in managed care and has been afforded the privilege on sitting on the Broker Advisory Boards of ConnectiCare, M. D. Health, Kaiser Permanente and Oxford Health Plans, serving as an expert witness related to ERISA plans
Ed Attended Avon Old Farms, Central Connecticut State University and the University of Miami. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance. He also has his State of Connecticut Life and Health Licenses.
His community contributions include being a High School football coach for 14 years, Pop Warner Youth football for 8 years, Youth baseball for 3 and High School Baseball for 2, along with coaching baseball during the summer season. Ed has served on numerous committees, Chambers of Commerce and was an elected official, serving on the Town Council in his hometown.
