ONE SOURCE founder, Nicholas Lombardi, began his real estate career while attending Marist College. After obtaining his license he focused on commercial property transactions. After graduation, under the mentorship of OAKLEAF Waste Management Founder and CEO, Jim Barnes, Nicholas joined OAKLEAF’s sister company, FM Facility Maintenance, a national facility management organization. At the time, FM was servicing over 50,000 retail, restaurant, and convenience store locations across North America. Nicholas was a key player in the growth strategy of the company. In 2012, Nicholas recognized the need for a comprehensive solution for managers or owners who were responsible for acquiring, maintaining, and disposing of the properties under their oversight across the Northeast United States. Today ONE SOURCE Companies is comprised of three divisions: Facility Maintenance, Construction Management, and Real Estate Brokerage.

He and his experienced management team, whom he recruited from within the Facility Management field, have aligned ONE SOURCE with state-of-the-art technology and premier service providers and tradesmen across the region. ONE SOURCE continues to enjoy explosive growth, which can be attributed to Nicholas’ focus on honesty, transparency, and vision for the future. With a combined 50+ years in the facility management field, Nicholas and his team are building a new reality for what’s possible in the FM industry based on what they have experienced as unacceptable.
